It's amazing how quickly some of the pages on a website get out of date. "About me" pages are certainly no different, although I suppose a dilligent webmaster who has entirely way too much time on their hands can keep up with the maintenance of such things.
It can be argued that I have too much time on my hands, but I'd rather devote that to the useful resources on this site and projects off the web as opposed to keeping everyone informed about every little detail about myself.

If you really must, here is a hilariously outdated photograph of myself, although perhaps it's not that terrifically outdated; not much has changed about my appearance in the seven years that has elapsed. Don't expect an updated photo, however.

I am a fairly uninteresting person, or at the very least I'd like to think I am uninteresting. I don't particularly enjoy socializing other than in VERY small crowds, although this is perhaps a trait that is common amongst folks in the information technology (IT) realm.
Having said that, most of my job experience lies somewhere in the IT field. I've even got management experience under my belt. I did briefly hold a couple of retail jobs, but being as though I don't like being around people I don't really know, I found quickly that wasn't my kind of work.

As far as hobbies are concerned, you may be unsurprised to learn that my primary interest is in fact computers and computing technology. However I hold a very wide variety of interests that if I were to list them would probably take me an eternity. Some of the more prominent ones, in no particular order, are fire alarms (again, of course), outdoor warning sirens, general electronics, video production (at least on a small scale), radio programming, severe weather, etc.

I do try and respond to every email that I get, unless of course you explicitly state you don't want a return email.
