
This is the K menu. I still don't understand why the applications are buried like that, then again Windows does the same thing, but still. With Windows it's more obvious.

And here we are changing the desktop background. Note that themes and desktop behavior are also customizable here.

I don't know how many times I have to keep saying it is a BAD idea to include two programs that do the same thing by default with an OS, before someone actually pays attention.
Amarok and KPlayer are shown here, and both are included by default.

Like all other KDE4-based OSes Kubuntu uses Dolphin in place of Konqueror. Both look nearly identical, and even though Dolphin looks like a web browser, it is not. |
