MintPPC 11 Office
Office bundle consists of Abiword and Gnumetric.

MintPPC 11 Disk Utility
MintPPC uses the standard Redhat disk utility apparently.

MintPPC 11 Software Manager
The Software Manager makes it incredibly easy to add software that is not bundled with MintPPC.

MintPPC 11 Shutdown
Shutting down MintPPC.

Conclusion:
MintPPC basically buys the PowerPC platform some time before it must finally fade away into the sunset. And it does a good job at that.
