OpenSUSE File management
As is standard with KDE4, the file manager is Dolphin.

OpenSUSE Firefox
Now this surprised the heck out of me. Usually KDE includes Konqueror as the default browser, but instead it's Firefox.

OpenSUSE System Information
The system information. It's pretty detailed, actually.

OpenSUSE Control Center
The control center provides one single house for the control panel applets. There is no system menu, nothing like that.

OpenSUSE Shutdown
Finally, shutting down openSUSE.

Conclusion:
OpenSUSE is yet another KDE based distro. I personally would recomment Kubuntu over this cause Kubuntu seems more stable.
