Vinux 'Ceni'
Speaking of redundant, there is this command-line configuration utility thingy called “Ceni” or something like that. It covers all the same things the ordinary control panel covers, AND it doesn’t work with Orca, rather you have to use a special screen reader!

Vinux Panels
Like all versions of Linux using GNOME2, it is possible to add many panels with many widgets.

Vinux Ubuntu-like
It is possible to make Vinux look as close to Ubuntu as possible. Of course, in order to get the whole three menu thing, you have to create custom menus.

Vinux Shutdown
Shutting down Vinux.

Conclusion:
With all the Unity/GNOME3 mess going around, Vinux makes it easy for those that are visually impaired to use Linux. I think it is also great for those who aren't visually impaired as well, since they can customize it to be like standard GNOME2.
