Zorin 5 Control Panel
The control panel does not look like the Windows control panel at all, rather it looks like any ordinary Control Center in Linux.

Zorin 5 Chrome
For a web browser Zorin includes Chrome, but you could very easily get Firefox if you really wanted to.

Zorin 5 Shutdown
Shutting down Zorin.
It's interesting to see that the shutdown window appears in the panel.

Conclusion:
Zorin OS is a really close Windows clone. Linux may never be enough like Windows to be a complete replacement for everything, but this is as close as it's come as of this writing (May 2013).
