Desqview 2.8

Mark allows you to select pixels of your program window. Transfer is the companion to this, and operates basically like a copy and paste kind of thing.
Scissors allows you to use the program’s cut, copy and paste commands, if the program has any.

The basic help program provides help on how to use the commands provided by Desqview, among other little tidbits about the software.

And finally, exiting Desqview to DOS.

Conclusion:
Desqview is far from a GUI. It did, however, precede the later Desqview/X which was a GUI, and helped add multitasking (a core feature of any GUI) to DOS.
