Mac OS 7.5.5 Applications
Some various bundled apps.

Mac OS 7.5.5 File Management
The file browser has changed very little, if at all, since 1.0. It can allow you to browse in icon view, small icon view, and details view.

Mac OS 7.5.5 Labels
Ooh, look at all the pretty colors! You can attach a folder color to any folder by clicking in it, and going under the Label menu.

Mac OS 7.5.5 Format Floppy
Formatting a floppy disk doesn’t take long. You can format a disk in Macintosh format, ProDOS format, or PC format.

Mac OS 7.5.5 Copy
Copying is just as easy.

Interestingly there appears to be no way to cut and paste. Even though a menu item exists for it, it appears to be always greyed out.
So instead you must copy the file then delete it from the source.

Mac OS 7.5.5 Kid Pix!
And finally, having some fun with MacOS.

Conclusion:
Mac OS 7 combines many of the technologies previously offered as add-ons (ex MultiFinder, the application list/switcher that enabled launching more than one app at once) into the core OS, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing UI and a much stabler experience. Other than that it is no different from previous versions.
