There are a number of templates included with eComStation, such as this one for a printer. There are more with the full version however.

The Icon Editor doesn't seem to work quite right in this demo version of eCS.

Some more sample applications.

eComStation still has the lockup feature that allows you to walk away and set a password so unauthorized personnel cannot snoop on your machine while you are gone.

Shutting down eComStation. The full version uses a boot manager, and using the Reboot to option easily enables you to start up a different operating system.
Conclusion: eComStation looks and feels just like OS/2, but with a few modern twists. It would be easy for an OS/2 user to adapt to this environment, as would a Windows or Mac OS user. |
