OS/2 Warp 3 Command Interpreter
It is possible to run an OS/2 Command Interpreter as well as a DOS prompt, both of which can be windowed or full-screen. The "Blue Spine" version of OS/2 included Win-OS/2 like previous versions, however this is the "Red Spine" version which is intended to be installed on a system that already has Windows on it.

Conclusion:
OS/2 Warp 3 is not much different from OS/2 2.x. There are more colors by default, and there are a few technical enhancements, but it isn't anything like the huge change from 1.x to 2.x.
