So Windows "Powered" is basically, from what I can gather, the name for Windows 2000 Embedded.
In reality all I found was it was basically a rebranded version of W2K Advanced Server.

The login screen, however, does convey that this is a different OS.

Apparently it's not just Windows 2000 Embedded, it's Windows 2000 Embedded Server.

The desktop is basically all the same as any other version of Windows 2000.
