The Chicago Explorer is definitely alot more primitive than the one in Windows 95.

One interesting feature not present in the final release is this. You apparently can drag the taskbar all over the place. I don’t know if this is a bug or if this was intended to be here.

Conclusion:
Build 81 still feels primitive compared to the final Windows 95, but it is quite usable now.
