Longhorn 4008 Install Fail
The installer is now completely graphical, like the final version of Vista, however it seems to have problems reading blank disks right now.

Longhorn 4008 Desktop
Longhorn still identifies itself as Windows XP in most places, but as you can see the theme has been altered again, and there is now some sort of primitive sidebar on the right.

Longhorn 4008 Display Properties
The display properties dialog box has been enhanced slightly.

Longhorn 4008 Explorer
The explorer is now quite a bit more cluttered than it needs to be.

Longhorn 4008 Shutdown
Shutting down Windows Longhorn 4008.

Conclusion:
Build 4008 is still not much more than Windows XP with a slightly different theme and a few tweaks.
