This is the first version of Longhorn to use a setup program similar to Vista and above.

Prior versions of Longhorn used the Windows XP splash. This version now has it's own splash, and doesn't seem to identify as Windows XP anymore.

Whoops, looks like VM additions are necessary here.

Build 4093 introduces a new "shiny" Luna theme (it's still Luna however), and a primitive sidebar program.
