The Explorer (and the majority of other windows) now have a theme similar to Aero.

The webby control panel has changed slightly, to be more like Vista.

This build also contains an "enhanced" Internet Exploder. Note that the icon appears to be quite different from the final one.

This build still retains the security center from XP.
