Here is Cardfile, which has also been completed. You can see the presence of colour, and the fact that there are greyed out menu options. Several of the applications included were still not complete, and did not feature greyed out menu options.

Conclusion:
The functionality of this release puts it between the beta and the final 1.01 release, which is the way it should be. Obviously there are several unfinished components, unlike the fake, where everything is seemingly finished.

Note:
This is NOT Windows "1.00". Seemingly there was never a strict 1.00, and 1.01 was the first public release. This is very obviously still an in-development version.
