About Cmd Shell
The about screen. Amazingly it was not tested on Windows 8 or seemingly Windows XP.

Cmd Shell Crash
Whoops. I guess shutdown doesn't work entirely because it caused the shell to crash.

Note that Command Shell is 32-bit only.

Conclusion:
Command Shell for Windows has a number of downfalls. It is too complex for the average user to comprehend, and it has a few quirks which I find odd (most notably it's lack of testing on Windows 8). For an experienced user, I would definitely recommend it though.
One final note:
Before you take any of this too seriously, you should probably check the news page and look at the date this was added, because I am definitely messing with you.
