NewShell 2 Start Menu
The start menu is basically the same as well, except the Windows denotation uses a different font and has a shadow to it.

NewShell 2 Control Panel
The control panel is basically the same as the NT 3.51 panel, and the applets really haven't been altered either.

NewShell 2 Shutdown
Shutting down NewShell.

Conclusion:
For those that are unable to run NT 4 on their system but want to have the benefits of the Windows Explorer and it's features, at the expense of stability NewShell adds all this.
