I really am not sure why this exists...

OS/2 versions 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 all used the Presentation Manager, which presented a far better UI than the MS-DOS Executive of Windows 2.x of the time.
This is a version of the Presentation Manager intended to replace the Program Manager in Windows NT 3.51, and there was also a version for NT 4. By the time Windows NT 3.51 and especially NT 4 was released, Windows 95 was released with the new Explorer which wiped the floor with the Presentation Manager. OS/2 Warp 3, which was released near this time, had the Workplace Shell which also wiped the floor with the Presentation Manager.

Nevertheless, here it is.

This is the default desktop. It looks pretty much like the one you would see in OS/2 1.x.

It is with this that I present the first problem: there is no Presentation Manager! The window is just totally not there, and the only way I could figure out how to launch OS/2 applications was to click on the Windows NT button in the lower right and launch them from the Program Manager! Kinda defeats the purpose of an alternate shell, right?

There is an icon always present in the lower left for the Print Manager, and from the about window we can see that this version of the Presentation Manager is from OS/2 1.3. We can also see that the color scheme is also similar to the one in OS/2 1.3.
