Haiku Alpha 4.1 WebPositive
Haiku now comes bundled with its own browser called WebPositive, instead of the Bon Echo Firefox build. WebPositive seems to be built on WebKit, which really does help it along in the modern browsing world.

Conclusion:
Haiku still has a way to go (package management is still not working, for instance), but it is reasonably solid and refined as it is already.
