Scientific Linux Fermi, or Fermi Linux, is a distro used at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. For a windowing system the default is the Tiny Window Manager (TWM), however it also bundles IceWM which is what these screenshots are of.

The IceWM desktop is very reminiscient of classic Windows, and that is exactly what it intends to be.

The IceWM menu is no different than most other window managers.

For web browsing SLF bundles an older version of Firefox.

Fermi Linux also includes an older version of BloatedOffice while it was still from our friends at Oracle.
