SLF Window List
Clicking on the button of cascading windows opens up a list of all the currently open windows.

SLF Show Desktop
Clicking on the little minimize button minimizes all windows like a Show Desktop button would.

SLF Shutdown
Shutting down Scientific Linux Fermi.

Conclusion:
Fermi Linux with IceWM has a very Windows 9x-like look and feel which should feel normal to any Windows user. Otherwise it is quite simple.
