There is a menu option that points to a contribution page plainly visible. That is a smart move.

Like before Xubuntu uses Thunar to manage files.

Thunar is capable of browsing web folders, as long as they are not HTTP. Here it is browsing the contents of this site in FTP form.

To do file searching (since Thunar can't do that) Xubuntu still uses Catfish. Now with a few more options!

Xubuntu also still uses Firefox.
