Here are a few graphic slides. This particular networking example is really cool, and probably was extremely high-tech back in 1989.

Conclusion:
While not technically a GUI, it is neat what QNX was able to accomplish in 1989. Even if most of the demo disk seems to be denouncing the ability of other operating systems to do their job as opposed to promoting itself as being better, something I think the world could use a whole lot more of.
