Here we can see the completely redesigned Explorer. There are some minor appearance changes, but all of the heavy redesigning was done purely in the backend, which is a good thing as a consistent user interface is key to retaining users.
Folders can be browsed in either large or small icon views, or as a list or in detailed form, just like Windows. Also note that My Computer contains direct links to both the registry and the "NT Object Namespace". Windows doesn't provide this, and I don't think the latter even exists as a browsable folder in Windows.

Here is the "properties" dialog, which is similar to the one present in Windows.

Hey look, it's WineIE (pronounced "whiny")! :-P
ReactOS now seemingly bundles the Wine Internet Explorer by default. I am not sure if previous versions bundled this or not. Fortunately it actually works, unlike the regular MSIE. And no bastardized rendering engine or Craptive Desktop! That alone is a significant improvement.

Of course, being as thought ReactOS aims to be a Windows compatible clone, you can run pretty much any Windows-compatible web browser on it (well, in theory). Here is Opera running under ReactOS.

Here is the command interpreter, which again tries to be 100% Windows compatible. There are probably a few things missing, but it was complete enough for me to be able to use it. |
