PowerShell has been included with Windows since at least Windows 7, and there is an icon pinned to the taskbar for it.

The Explorer now inherits all the [mis]features that it has in Windows 8.

IE 10 is as sucky as ever, but it does not include a full screen version despite this being Windows 8 based.

The task manager now inherits the new features as well.

The control panel hasn't changed since Windows 7.
