Windows Server 2012 Personalization [or not]
Fail. There is a menu option for Personalization even though such a feature doesn't exist in Server 2012 (or at least not the standard version of Server 2012).

Windows Server 2012 Charms
The charms menu. With an icon to the start (or stop?) page.

Windows Server 2012 Start
This is the horrible Modern UI start page.

I see no purpose for this on a server. It's usable on tablets, borderline on laptops, and a nuisance on desktops. It will present a nightmare on servers.
What is the point? There aren't even any freaking tiles or applications!

Windows Server 2012 All Apps
All apps is still as stupid as ever.

You know, monitors aren't that big Microsoft. And think (if that's even possible) about where these screens are going to be used! Display real-estate is not infinite in case you haven't noticed.

Windows Server 2012 Search
Showing that, once again, search is arranged in a way that makes absolutely no sense.

Windows Server 2012 Shutdown
Shutting down Server 2012, which like previous versions requires you to specify a reason.

Conclusion:
Windows Server 2012's Windows 8-like UI is going to be the bar across the face. As a server admin I would never migrate over to 2012 unless forced to. The fact that MS integrated the Modern UI into a server OS shows that they were not thinking about use-case scenarios. Despite the good features (task manager), Server 2012 is an OS interation you can do without.
