Build 58s includes this "Window Metrics" control panel, which is a crude and likely experimental version of the appearances control panel.

Here is a primitive version of the Network Neighbourhood, empty because I don't have networking set up on this system.

There is a Programs folder on the desktop, which is in essence a crude Program Manager using the Cabinet Explorer.
